Nice scooter! Probably the most desirable of Lambrettas. I haven't ridden a standard one in years, lol. The last time I rode a bog standard SX200 I remember really enjoying it. Good to see new vids, keep them coming, please! It's summer down time due to the heat here in LA so no new vids from me for a while.

I've got a 150 engine what's popular for the gearbox running gear! a guy wants to buy it off me don't know how much to ask tho! engine taken out from a early Lambretta I think 62 did 1700 miles it's had no modifications complete with back wheel and tyre

Almost have enough money for another scooter after 35 years thinking about it constantly 😅was a scooterboy in the mid eighties and it's still in my blood, but admittedly this is the only thing that makes me think twice, but be buggered if I'm letting these thugs put me off! but yeah it's definitely in the back of my mind as its not like you can just go anywhere and park up just any ole place ike the old days, yes scooters still got stolen but not like nowadays. I'm south east England, little town by the sea and up till around 4 months ago it was fairly quiet, then my friends hybrid car had cat taken literally across the road from me, £ 1200 repair bill, and my sleepy little town is thrust into the "England of today" 😔. Nice videos👌, despite my jealousy 😅

Great simple locking apparatus I've just a big hefty chain and decent padlock for mine . Might see you sometime at John's garage been a couple of times over there to let John cast a professional eye over my scooter. Good vid as always👍✊🛵

Always good to see you out and about on yer Lambretta, mate! I especially liked the commentary on squirrels! 🤣 I had a slippy clutch for a long time on my TS1. I finally bit the bullet and ordered the parts to build an MB internal 6 plate clutch. I had to mess about with different thicknesses of clutch steels (very thin) but once set up, I get zero clutch slip. The BGM superstrong clutch is a version of MB's, but with 10 sprints instead of 5. Either of these should do the job, I found no need for an expensive cassette type clutch on mine.

Nice to see you out and about I've started getting out on ride outs on a Saturday or Sunday with the YRR (Yorkshire Road Runners) in Shipley but I give me old lammy a rest most times and ride a new fangled RA gp300 still great fun and more speed but with the gear changing, you should get out with a local club good chance to look at other scoots and have a pie and a pint of shandy ✊🛵👍

Great to see you back on it buddy! The weather has been rubbish this summer so I don’t think that helps. I did iow scooter rally the weekend which was great, my very first one and included my very first ‘off’ thanks to some lunatic who cut me up on one of the islands during the ride out. Got up and carried on ✊🏻. Hope to see another vlog soon mate 👍🏻
